Well Bread delivers the flavour and texture of traditional bread, but with nutritious benefits.
Many gluten-free breads have a long list of unfamiliar ingredients. If you can't pronounce something or even know what it is, you probably shouldn't eat it. We figured that there had to be a better way, so, we got to work and developed three different breads to suit most tastes and dietary needs.
SANDWICH has a mild sourdough taste, made with rice, yam, sorghum, and amaranth.
GRAIN-FREE is darker and earthy, made with yam, amaranth, teff, and quinoa.
YEAST-FREE is sweeter, made with rice, yam, sorghum, amaranth, and sweet potato.
